I had a fence installed with 20+ boards cut to short. it took several weeks to replace. The repairers were sent on days the wood was wet after a storm. It is known wet wood will not hold up tp nailing much less remove and add new fasteners. I allowed the installers to inlock gate on opposite side to use electricity. They left the gate open; power cord on lawn, moved patio furniture and raised flower bed and did not move back. I'm a disabled senior citizen. I had to get assistance to move things back. On day 5 of a very bad experience with installation. We have been contacting our salesperson and the office but still don't have a complete fence. Missed promises, no shows, and countless other issues. Hopefully someone will see this and help.

The installer ignored our directions on where my neighbors and I requested to put the fence line and refused to adjust the posts. In the middle of install now and they are packing up and leaving in the middle of the project because they won’t fix it. Unreal
RecommendedGate loose being calling for a month keep telling me that is no crew to come and fix it in Dawsonville so much for the 5 year warranty if they don’t fix this I was very happy with the service, now? It’s just terrible service

My neighbor hired this company to install a fence in his backyard. The neighborhood is new construction and the property stakes laid down by the survey are still visible. With my neighbor and I both at work, bravo installed the fence and used the wrong property stake to mark the property line, resulting in the fence encroaching 2- 3 feet into my backyard. Gates started to lean within 45 days. Contacted installer multiple times and keep getting the same answer, we will be out at some point. That's been nearly 2 months. I have gates I can not open.
