Great and very affordable place to live. Awesome manager and maintenence staff who are kind and will work with you. Apartments are very spacious and nice too! Highly recommended if you want a good place to move to.Â

The office manger Morgan is awesome! Anytime I have something going on she goes above and beyond to help me out. If I have questions she answers back pretty quick. And the maintenance man Todd fix’s whatever needs to be done. I don’t have to remind him multiple time and he keeps the outside looking spotless. I always brag about the amazing people that work for Brayton.Â

Brayton Apartments is a wonderful community to live in. My plus about Brayton is Morgan, our Property manager. With as busy as she is she always takes care of us residents and she always adds a personal touch. The times that I've called with either a non emergency or emergency situation she is always fast on her feet and resolves the issue. She is definitely an asset to the company.
