I've been here for about 9 years, and the apartments are big for the price as well as cute. I love my apartment.

Brayton Apartments is a wonderful community to live in. My plus about Brayton is Morgan, our Property manager. With as busy as she is she always takes care of us residents and she always adds a personal touch. The times that I've called with either a non emergency or emergency situation she is always fast on her feet and resolves the issue. She is definitely an asset to the company. The property management id AMAZING! that’s actually an understatement. She goes above and beyond to assist with getting new tenants into the property and knows basically word for word the entire lease packet lol. She is so down to earth, super easy to get along with, she makes a person feel wanted as a part of the community. Sure.. I get just over 900 dollers a month to pay my bills.. the only transportation I had was towed by the lady who was running this place.my daughter had to pay 170 dollers so I can get my stuff out of my car ..I had to sign my car owner ship over to the towing company because I couldn’t pay to get it out.. not to mention the raccoons that’s been there in the attic space .. sound like a grown man.. yes they set live traps but for get them and the the animals die and start to stink .. then I guess they figure out that the d... read more
The laundry room is terrible we need new washer and dryers, I’ve used the laundry mat on site twice and each time it has torn my clothes up. When you file a complaint it’s like nothing happens or not even a follow up!
