TL;DR - super efficient. Transparent pricing and options. The doctor was an artist. Highly, highly recommend. I went to have an assessment of a small skin tag on my nose. I arrived early and the pre-work was quick and efficient. The front desk technician was kind, thorough and efficient. Once inside another tech asked me some questions and the doctor came in shortly afterward. He assessed and provided immediate costs and billing options. I was shocked at how cheap it was. The receptionist was very professional and friendly. All the staff was knowledgeable and professional. I have one negative comment. Your phone system is awful. I couldn’t get through on the phone and the texting system doesn’t work at all. I had to drive from Silverthorne to make an appointment in person. The issue needs to be addressed. That negative experience doesn’t affect my experience or my rating of your business.
Dr. DeBord and his staff were very interested in my overall health and history. His gentle skill is impressive. Although Dr. DeBord found and removed a couple of questionable skin, the process was efficient and painless. I would recommend him for resolving all dermatology concerns.
Greeted immediately upon arrival, friendly attitude of receptionist. They use electronic records so filling out information forms was easy. Went to exam room within minutes and doctor arrived shortly after. Very thorough skin exam and clear recommendations and no judgement when I declined some of the procedures. Clear instructions on post procedure home care and follow up. Would recommend.
