Friendly and efficient front desk. Taken in 5 minutes prior to appointment. Dr DeBord introduced himself, did a very thorough assessment, explained the options, and performed a punch biopsy. Sutures placed and out the door. A very pleasant visit. My only suggestion would be written post surgery instructions. Definitely a 98%.

It was just a routine follow-up but Claire did a full reviews. She also answered a few questions I had about sun poisoning and prescribed a cream to help with the healing. The front desk staff, as always, were wonderful.
