Brent was incredibly friendly and great to speak with on the phone. We really enjoyed him as a person and he made himself very available to us whenever was needed. There were just a couple of things that we wish there was a little bit more communication on and a couple of errors or things that slipped through the cracks that we wish would have been handled a little better. At the closing table my attorney said he had never seen a credit report that cost $650.00. He discussed it with another attorney and a v p at another title company. They agreed with my attorney. Brent offered no solutions or credits for this charge. I was very unhappy with his handling of this issue. Other than that, the mortgage application experience was good.
