Poor poor poor management My neighbor just bikes was stolen and management said they do not pay security to walk around back-and make sure it's secure also we are paying for a pool that we do not get to use, And the buildings Have a lot of mold. In my air-conditioner broke and they replaced it with an older air conditioner These are conditioners are 23 years of age and they run your electric bill up. Do not move here if you value your life
No pool at all No pool at all even though we are paying for one. Please don't believe them when they say we are going to fill it soon. They said that it would be up and running this past Memorial DAy and it still isn't. They are not going to fix it.and summer is almost over.The maintenance drive the golf carts to the store all the time instead of working on it. They won't do it and cooperate won't make them. Cooperate has been contacted by me and from my intel several residence and they don't care.
Don't Move Here For around the same price you can get something sooooo much better. it is infested with roaches no matter how many times you fumigate, the floors are squeaky, the kitchen floor is slanted and they just charged a whole month when our lease ended even though we were only there for 5 days. This complex is horrible.

Not Best for Long Term Living Old apartments. Bad roach problem, especially in kitchen. Roaches mainly coming through old/worn kitchen cabinets. Got shocked on wire from stove 2x. Maint. informed me that cabinets and stove were approx. 25 years old. Was charged a fee to have all cabinets and stove replaced. Apt. had not been painted prior to moving in. Hallways smell of strong urine. One washer/dryer insufficient for 10 apts. in each building. Throughout everything, Mgmt. tried to be very helpful. Much appreciated.

BEDBUGS They have bedbugs and have yet to get rid of them . Ive known people who have lived here 5 years ago and state the same problem . I live here currently and get my apartment sprayed frequently. COUNTING THE DAYS DOWN WHEN MY LEASE IS UP !
