Bret made our refinance very easy. With his experience and the proficient technology made this the most simple refi we have ever experienced. Even with Covid-19 circulating & social distancing. This had no affect on completing the process. Highly recommend!

Bret did this refi for us in a very timely and easy fashion. We live in Idaho and the property is in California. However the teansaction was smooth and very easy...he did all the documents, except the final loan documents of course, by electronic signature!
