Bret did this refi for us in a very timely and easy fashion. We live in Idaho and the property is in California. However the teansaction was smooth and very easy...he did all the documents, except the final loan documents of course, by electronic signature!

My wife and I were recommended to Bret and it has been an absolute pleasure working with this man throughout our first homebuying process. From day one he has been tirelessly working with us to ensure we had all necessary paperwork in order to successfully purchase our new home without any hiccups. Bret was willing to dedicate time outside of business hours to communicate and work for us when we needed it. I would reccomend this man to anyone purchasing a home. Did I mention he did our VA loan? As a veteran, I never considered a local lender to handle my VA loan, thinking it was only certain lenders. Not only was I wrong, but I couldn't imagine having gone through this process with anyone else. Bret, you're an outstanding guy and my wife and I are extremely thankful for what you've done for us.
