We haven't been in the area for over 5 years and we wanted try something new, not very familiar with the area and what would be a good meal, saw this place on google and pictures looked amazing. We went in and the waiter took a little long to get our drink order but we didn't mind. We ordered our food and had some brussels sprouts. This place deserves no stars. 3 hours advance notice of a big party and still nothing but excuses on how they couldn't sit us together. When they had to use their brain or attempt too when putting tables together they advised us of fire regulations. No mention of this when reservations were made. Even with a time of 7pm they wanted us to wait another hour because tables were full still. This place does not deserve any business. They didn't even try to use common sense. If you are a bigger party, go somewhere else.

The food was decent would've been a lot better. If it would've been hot we were there at 4 o'clock when doors open they seated four tables at once to one server service was the best. The guy could do however, once I spoke to the manager, Brianna, she was extremely rude and unprofessional Dismissive and did not care what she did to the server or the patrons! Ambience is a sports bar

4th game of NHL Playoffs, numerous TVs in this place and they cannot play game because nobody can make a decision. I guess I am watching college track & field.

With at least eight other eateries inside the Tropicana at Laughlin, you'd probably do better at most others. Okay, it is what it is... a casino fast-food 'brewpub' whatchamacallit. Expect weird named appetizers, sammiches and entrees with a fairly large and decent array of menu items. The likes of the Onion Ring Tower, Macho Nachos, Papa Don's Pizza, the Reubenator and Joyce's Meatloaf. A full house with two waitresses working their butts off, the bar is full we have been waiting. Only the hostess has been clearing the bar area. Lots of large Screens to watch sports. Bartender was able to take drinks order, I had to ask for food menu ;-(. This casino should have enough staff to handle large crowds, I believe a concert is playing tonight. I don't believe I'll be coming back.

Employees seemed angry to be there and nobody wanted to stay and eat due to slow service to even get drinks at a table. Could've been different if at the bar but not sure.

I really wanted to like this place, it has the bones to be awesome, but like a lot places in Laughlin it falls short. Cool atmosphere, the staff that I interacted with was nice, but the service left a little to be desired. The food was okay, nothing overwhelming by any means and definitely too expensive for Laughlin. A burger and fries that are arguably worse than In-N-Out next door, but at twice the cost. Go figure.

Food was good. The service was amazing guys flying around trying to do their best to make everyone happy with two people serving and wish so much going on it would be hard to keep up. They did a fantastic. My ribs had more than I expected. My wife got the brisket sandwich seems like a win-win. Well done.
