Another customer ordered Nachos ($18). He asked for a few more tortilla chips and was told they can't give him more chips without charging him for an entire order (another $18). The Cook came out and explained this was a "new" policy and she had no control. This is a ridiculous "policy" that is not customer friendly or even reasonable. Their food is overpriced, but to not give a few more tortilla chips is beyond unreasonable. No wonder there were only a few customers in their restaurant.
It was a good and bad experience..... so let's start w what is a 5 star this drink called a Hat Trick.... Yum!!! And then my Rueben was 7/10... now the real bad thing that should be TAKEN OFF THE MENU PERMANENTLY.! Meat Loaf!!! There was nothing about it that resembled or tasted like meat.... Now we told the bartender and he was real nice took off the bill and we got a hamburger instead ... 6/10...Almost forgot 10/10 Onion rings!!!! I want to add the staff was great! We sat at the bar and Bartender was great.
Worst experience ever. I will never be back. Customer service was awful. Took our server almost 20 minutes to come over and tell us he will be with us shortly when the restaurant was empty. Never again. Super disappointed.
Koch seated waited 20 minutes had to finally call the manager over. She had a real bad attitude didn't really care says there's a concert so wife avoid this place with the plague.
We always come here when we're in Laughlin...they have the best buffalo wings !!! But I ordered their Fish n Chips...the fish had sea salt sprinkled on the top which made it super salty ... The coleslaw had too much , I think it was rosemary sprinkled in it..was gross.. the tarter sauce was too chunky and salty as well .We were very disappointed this time .
Food was not good (nachos&tostada salad). The service was very slow. Our server was great-it appeared that managers maybe the weak link. We wouldn't go back.
Not recommended. We ate here and the server forgot our app order. Then asked "do you still want it?" (Ummm... it was actually what we were most looking forward to!). The ranch was hidden valley style - so far from house made and terrible. I ALWAYS order a burger and substitute fries for a garden salad. In every city in America (and I travel a lot). Menu prices are really high for what you get. Brisket sandwich is pretty good. Service a bit slow and inattentive, having to wave them down for anything gets annoying.
First off it's a restaurant that's serves pizza and burgers. We went to have an early dinner to get turned away and tell us no kids can eat there. Wtf!!! You ain't that great of a place to say no kids can have dinner there. It's not like we are gonna buy them alchohal. Get over yourself and make it family friendly. We will never be back to this establishment.
