We showed up 15 minutes early for our reservation and couldn't be seated ina regular table so we opted for a high top near the bar. We watched 2 other couples show up and get served while waiting for our server to provide initial contact. After complaining to the host, he got us waters and said our waiter would be over soon, sorry for the delay but they were full. The lights are unnecessarily bright, and the Casino's stench of cigarette smoke was tough to tolerate as a non-smoker....I've been here on a few occasions and it wasn't like this before...definitely won't be coming back...time to try another casino, (not for gambling, but for work near the area)
My friend and I came here on a Wed. a little after it opened at 4 pm. Strike one: they make no substitutions whatsoever. My friend wanted a fried chicken patty cut up in her salad instead of the grilled. (They serve fried chicken patty burgers). No can do. One of the better casino based restaurants. Smart decor. Menu full of classic comfort food. Thoroughly enjoyed the Cindy Chicken Apple salad. Amazing service.
Their hatch burger is everything, juicy, flavorful, and cooked so perfectly, and dont even get me started on those crispy crunchy fries. Note I would ask for peppers on the side
This is a restaurant where paying customers are not of importance. Came here on vacation with friends and decided to watch the bengals vs ravens game here. Sat at the bar, ordered food and drinks and asked if they could switch one of the tvs to the football game. The bartender said he could do it but the supervisor gets mad. I learned one year when I was in Laughlin for NYE that places were taking reservations & when trying to book the day of everything was full. So I wasn't gonna make that mistake again for NYE 2022! I found this place on Yelp (of course! My go to) & the food looked good & they had open table as an option to make reservations so that's what I did! Walked in at 845. Signs said closing at 10. Staff turned us away. I said "you should probably update your hours on your website and on google." The rather unfriendly hostess said, "well we are now on winter hours so we don't update that." I mentioned they should probably update the sign that's at the front of the restaurant and the bartender said , "oh yeah. We know."
