Are here on Tuesday night, 8/1/2023. Very clean, not very busy, there was only about 7 other parties while we were there. They had a limited menu. I got a green chili burger which was delicious, the brew Brod sauce was great, husband got the macho nachos. We thought portabella and pepperoncini was a little weird for nachos, but they ended up being amazing. The machaca was flavorful and the chips were fresh and crispy. Definitely the nachos! I'm not impressed. We were a party of 10 and they couldn't accommodate us. We saw a large party leaving and asked if we could have their table because we all wanted to sit together. They hesitantly said yes because it's a different server, and they made us get up from the 4 tables we were sitting at and go back and wait in the front until they large table was ready. They need to close this place down. First time coming back here in a few years since the last time they dropped plates and cut my moms foot. Decided to try again and was once again disappointed. The waiter, Christian, was great! I can't complain about the service because he was attentive, honest, and wanted to help us with our requests but told us he's tried before but management didn't allow for it. Walked in to eat with my family on a Wednesday where we were very rudely told 21 and over, see you tomorrow. So you mean to tell me that on a random Wednesday it's 21 + but Thursday is ok for everyone. Save yourself the Troy me me just go to In n out.

Not my first time here, but today the customer service was horrible!! They cannot put tables together apparently for large parties- against the rules! They will only do it at the high tops which are 21 & over, but not regular tables. Either way the mngr was not friendly/helpful at all. I wanted to have our "separate" tables near each other (common sense), but they kept seating everybody else, not cleaning tables or holding them for our party. Another customer ordered Nachos ($18). He asked for a few more tortilla chips and was told they can't give him more chips without charging him for an entire order (another $18). The Cook came out and explained this was a "new" policy and she had no control. This is a ridiculous "policy" that is not customer friendly or even reasonable. Their food is overpriced, but to not give a few more tortilla chips is beyond unreasonable. No wonder there were only a few customers in their restaurant.

It was a good and bad experience..... so let's start w what is a 5 star this drink called a Hat Trick.... Yum!!! And then my Rueben was 7/10... now the real bad thing that should be TAKEN OFF THE MENU PERMANENTLY.! Meat Loaf!!! There was nothing about it that resembled or tasted like meat.... Now we told the bartender and he was real nice took off the bill and we got a hamburger instead ... 6/10...Almost forgot 10/10 Onion rings!!!! I want to add the staff was great! We sat at the bar and Bartender was great.

Worst experience ever. I will never be back. Customer service was awful. Took our server almost 20 minutes to come over and tell us he will be with us shortly when the restaurant was empty. Never again. Super disappointed.
