My experience met my expectations. I've never had a positive experience either with a refi or loan so this was par for the course. Brian has always been a positive force and hard worker during the process however, i expected more. My wife and i ended up doing alot of the leg work on several different fronts which we are not qualified to do. I would recommend Brian , i do believe he does his best.
