Both Brian and Kim were excellent to work with. They gave me several options and I didn't feel pushed to go a certain way. This is like my third loan through Brian. Brian was very responsive to all of our questions as well as very personable. He is also very efficient! We had a short escrow period and we were able to close ahead of schedule. His staff was also very helpful.
