Brian and his team were very responsive and went above and beyond to make the mortgage process easy and stress-free. He took time explaining the closing process, and created tables of possible down payments vs. monthly mortgage to make it clear what the options were. Very friendly and hands-on.
Brian has been phenomenal since the first contact. I called on a Sunday with the expectation of leaving a voicemail. He answered the phone and got me started by educating me on the process, giving me tips and strategies, and comforting me with potential options. Brian has been patient and hospitable throughout our interactions. I really like that he didn’t bring an aggressive or dismissive approach to the table.
