the property manager & the maintenance man will go above and beyond for this community. They go out of their way to show kindness & do everything that they can to help you. They also make you feel warm, & welcome, & provide a home of your dreams very quickly & easily. They will take time to answer all of your questions and reach out to you to make sure you are comfortable with your new home. I absolutely find it a joy to spend my day with them & look forward to renting from this company.
Talk to me real nice on phone than when met in person they didn't seem to interested in me living there.hmmm met all criteria and beyond. I don't play that card but seems it is what it is. Than I read some reviews.
Ive lived here almost a year and i cant complain they are pretty great and quick when youve got a problem or sum
Seems like a cute nice little place to stay the unit we viewed was clean with no damage the property manager was such a nice lady too! Only problem currently is it’s taking my application a long time, paid all fees and sent all needed information to them but still waiting! Send an email and contact the property manager which she has been super helpful but still waiting to hear back from the people above her😕 hoping for good news soon!
Paid 100$ for an application fee just to look at a trailer of theirs infested with roaches, then they tell me that fee is not refundable. They’re crooks I wouldn’t recommend anyone with a family or little ones to move to this park.
