you buy a home out there and then you ask about leveling it dylan the district mgr said its not our problem.. but the yards flood and gets under the home but they turn around and say it is declared a rental but wont do any thing about lot rent goes up with out a warning .. mgr lets certain people get away with things that is not allowed if you are not her friend or kin out hear you dont get a break we get sewer smell so bad coming up through our drains that it makes you sick of your stomach but the mgr say i dont smell it . ... read more
This place is a joke. They do not keep property managers more than six months. they redo the home in the park so shady it's unreal then want to charge a high price for them. They cover the fact they may have black mold in them and sewage lines don't work properly. Nothing is getting fixed around the properties. If it rains heavily water stands everywhere so then we have a mosquito problem, they don't do anything about. Kids run around destroying things no trespassing signs have no bearing. Ever since I have moved in here, the experience and customer service at Briar Ridge has been shady, non- existant at best. They have went through four property managers in less than a year. The kids run free and have stolen from people, even with no trespassing signs and the managers want it handled between the residents. The craftsmanship of the trailers are shoddy and when my fridge and stove had to be changed out several times, they scratched the floors and said "oh well, when people do their taxes they always replace the... read more
