New management has improved the property significantly. It is a quiet place right next to the river and an awesome local ice cream shop "Frosty Falls" close to the building. It is also within walking distance of the Schuylkill river trail and the Norristown train station. If you have a balcony you get an awesome view as well. I've been living here for at least 2 years and the place is very affordable and quiet. The staff member, Justin, is awesome where he expresses great concern and gratitude towards the tenants in the building. Also, Michel, the maintenance staff, is awesome. He responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner and puts his heart into the request. The staff members also know how to work together to keep the building in stable condition and looking presentable.
I love it here, but cockroaches are the problem. I love the staff and people, neighbors and all. Amazing work
