I have lived here a year and a half and would recommend it highly. Everyone who works in the building is helpful & friendly and they are accessible. They always respond to maintenance issues promptly and actually address the issue. You can tell they take pride in their work. The community is friendly and it’s actually quiet. I rarely hear my neighbors in my apartment. Its also reasonably priced!

Great experience all the way from Justin in property management to Mike from maintenance, very fast acting if any concerns and take time with care and concern for any problems or questions you may have. Thankyou for your help guys

New management has improved the property significantly. It is a quiet place right next to the river and an awesome local ice cream shop "Frosty Falls" close to the building. It is also within walking distance of the Schuylkill river trail and the Norristown train station. If you have a balcony you get an awesome view as well. Justin has done a great job of improving the property and listening to tenants' thoughts and concerns. Also, the maintenance man Mike always provides great service and he works really hard. I've been living here for at least 2 years and the place is very affordable and quiet. The staff member, Justin, is awesome where he expresses great concern and gratitude towards the tenants in the building. Also, Michel, the maintenance staff, is awesome. He responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner and puts his heart into the request. The staff members also know how to work together to keep the building in stable condition and looking presentable.
