On March 31st, I started calling Medicare agents first thing in the morning as it was the last day of OEP and the last day that I could change and enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan. Rachelle Hildebrand was the best insurance agent I have ever worked with. She was patient and very understanding . There are so many other representatives that push a certain product.
