Just want to let everyone know how wonderful Karen Engler is and how knowledgeable. I loved how patient she is and is not afraid to dig deeper into insurance questions. On March 31st, I started calling Medicare agents first thing in the morning as it was the last day of OEP and the last day that I could change and enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan.
