The oil change and tire rotation was great. However, I had a screw in my tire and the associate said I would have to come back another day to get it fixed so drive carefully. I live in the next town so miles and miles away. I guess they didn't care too much about my safety.

Service was fine. Quick and easy. Their front desk employee could use a lot of help. Scheduled my appointment through GMC, and I was made to feel like I was a problem because I wasn't coming up in their system after I received several messages through GMC that I had a confirmed appointment. I requested to use my points, and because "their system doesn't talk to GMC," I couldn't.
