I made an online reservation for 12/9/23 for an oil change and to replace 2 tires. When I got the the shop they did not have the tires and said they would order them. They complete the oil change quickly and said they would order the tires and make me an appointment for 12/16/23. I called on 12/13 to confirm and they had not ordered the tires and had not made me an appointment, so they did it that day. Had an issue with some of the sensors on my Yukonxl not working turned out to be caused by wires being chewed they repaired the issue and everything is back to working
