I was greeted promptly and then the service tech explained which battery they recommended. I waited for the new battery installation and it only took about 25 minutes. And the price of the battery + installation was very competitive; less than I would have paid for the same battery from an auto parts store.

The service was great, just a little one the expensive side. However, probably worth it for the all-inclusive service.
