Briggs is the absolute worst. Charged me for something that was covered by my warranty through GM. I contacted GM and they said it was covered. Asked Briggs to resubmit the claim to GM, so I could get reimbursed. They refused. The do horrible work. They don't know what they're doing. Go anywhere else!

They took it too auction instead of giving me the chance to purchase it. After talking to them they took the vehicle into their shop and told me the transmission was out after I called them from not hearing back. I would have bought it.

Had my truck for almost 2 weeks after I got it then had to send it to the dodge store because they finally realized their gmc computers couldnt reprogram a dodge.
