Went in to have a deep cleaning done and it was great. MY biggest issue is communication between patient and dental team. Got called this morning and told insurance was good to go, told my co-pay. Got to the office and told the hygentist do the whole mouth and she said, well I don't know if the insurance will approve that, told her that's what I was told earlier.
