Staying in the RV section of the park. All new pads and very clean. The sites are big. There is room for a 40 ft RV and two cars with room on the side for a sitting area. The price is hard to beat. The pool is small but well maintained. The bathroom, shower and laundry areas are well maintained and always clean. The area doesn't have much vehicle traffic and is quite at night. That's not the case in some of the other parks in Mesa.
Don’t do it!!! If you live at Brighthaven estates you cant have guests. They provide no parking after 5 pm. Your option is to call an answering service and pray they reach the manager to put you on a no tow list. You have no way of knowing if it was actually done so still taking a high risk of being towed. I had someone come help me with a burst pipe and his truck was towed. Everyone who found out said they won’t come visit because they can’t chance their cars being towed.
