Update: Great place to Live.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! YES 6 STARS!! Been here for 5yrs now. Our Mgr is top notch! Our water main broke, shutting off water to park, repair has been 3 days now and tough. In 115° Heat and long after office was closed, Our Mgr stayed on site, going house to house, checkin on ppl, dropping off water bottles and jugs...
It was beautiful and quiet. All facilities were in great condition. I enjoyed most importantly the management team and our neighbors we had throughout 3 week stay. Thanks again and hope to be back soon
The new manager is needing ro understand rules and regulations are the same across the board not pick and choose. Access denied to people who go and play games at the clubhouse and the story is. NEVER the same. Alot of theft and tampering with items outside your home. Lots of homeless In the park
There very un organized they turn certain people away if they feel like they don't belong.
When I first moved there, there was constant complaints, rules, comments. It was very uncomfortable to live here. But since COVID, they pretty much leave us be and let us live. I go to work, and come home and mind my business. So it was quite frustrating wondering what letter or complaint is coming next. I would say as long as current management stays and they are not on you every second, it’s a decent place to live.
