The brightline staff were cordial and efficent. The sevurity personnell were amazing, friendly helpful and were always keeping an eye on things. The person who was running the bar was a totally different story. As i was waiting to order a take away, she didnt not even recognise me for 20 minutes and then went on to serve other customers, so I was unable to make a purchase as the train arrived. I guess that she didnt like people from out of town with luggage

I genuinely enjoyed my experience at the Fort Lauderdale Bright line station. We came from West Palm Beach and got off at the Fort Lauderdale station. The staff were so willing to help my wife and I get to the Fort Lauderdale airport on time for our flight. They connected us with a Uber for free. A staff member named Drew from guest services was very kind and helpful. Great guy to talk to! God bless you Drew!

I would like to address an issue I encountered during my recent travels from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando. On my initial journey from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale, I was not charged for my luggage. However, upon my arrival at the Fort Lauderdale station for my return trip, an employee named Teddy approached me and attempted to charge me for my bag. Will never ride this ridiculous service again. we had tickets for 11:22 departure FLL to WPB. train was called so we descended escalator and arrived platform at 11:19 and the doors were already shut a full 3 minutes before departure. refused to open doors for me and my 2 kids. they clearly need passengers but wouldn’t even bother to do anything. also the southbound train was delayed an hour.

A couple months ago we booked a trip from Boca Raton to West Palm Beach. The train was delayed and the Brightline agent at the Boca Raton Station gave me two options that day. 1) Brightline would pay for an Uber to drive us to West Palm Beach or 2) Receive a full refund by calling Brightline. As we were looking forward to experiencing the train ride, we decided to not take up the offer from the Uber but rather take a full refund. I had a horrible experience. I pre booked 3 round trip tickets and parking. The train was overbooked and it was admitted by the associate on the train as well as in writing by customer service that the issue was due to a technology error since they have been adding the new stops. They added the new stops a month ago and are still overbooking passengers! My brother was one of the passengers and has mental and physical disabilities. We needed to sit together.
