I had a horrible experience. I pre booked 3 round trip tickets and parking. The train was overbooked and it was admitted by the associate on the train as well as in writing by customer service that the issue was due to a technology error since they have been adding the new stops. They added the new stops a month ago and are still overbooking passengers! My brother was one of the passengers and has mental and physical disabilities. We needed to sit together.
