I had the pleasure of speaking with Sheila who went above and beyond to help me with not only my disputing issues as well as other questions I had about different credit cards and fixing my credit she made me feel very comfortable and went above my expectations for customer service. She always made sure she was giving me the right information and it was definitely the best experience so far with BrightStar customer service over the phone.
Shemika was very effective in assisting me with my dilemma this morning. She was professional while identifying me as the legal person on record for my account. I appreciated the respectful way she engaged me during our phone conversation.
