For all to know !!! BSCU is the an outstanding CU. I've been a member since 2013. I had a issue recently and the representative Chan was able to help me get it resolved, With a concerned ear and professionalism went beyond the call of duty showed me that they valued me as a client. The representative Sheila Newton was very knowledgeable, patient, and with great customer service skills. She was able to answer all of my questions, help me with my needs, and resolve my problems. She should commended for her great skills and great customer service ability.

The representative was EXCELLENT!!! I think her name was LOLA! She was patient, kind, knowledgable and very pleasent. At age 70, I was impresssed with her patients with me.
