Sheila, my representative, was excellent! She was professional, friendly and very helpful. During my first phone call I was told that there was an extended wait and I chose to do just that but Unfortunately was cut off after waiting 30 minutes. 2nd phone call I made and I asked for a callback and did get one from Sheila. With her assistance I was able to accomplish my task!
