I was having some difficulty getting the correct jewelry insured. I contacted Stephanie who was professional, understanding and patient as I explained the issue. She assured me she would get the issues resolved and said she would personally follow the process until all our jewelry items were insured. Stephanie emailed me several times over the following couple of days keeping me posted the status. In conclusion all went exceedingly well mostly on account of Stephanie’s customer service and dedicated assistance.
