I was a little concerned about trying BriteCo because I wasn't sure about being able to communicate with a person. But that was all removed when I had a minor document upload issue. Stephanie reached out to me and not only took care of everything but also ensured I had all her information (phone, email) in case I needed anything else. The pricing is very reasonable, and we have now moved everything from our homeowners policy and the refund from that more then paid for our policy with Brite Co
