Dr Albert I trust with all my fur babies. He takes his time with answering my questions straight and truthfully so I make best decisions for their care. Only con is check in this last visit waited 40 mins past appt then had to call to verify they knew we were waiting. Holds up the flow of their day and I felt I had to rush Dr Albert so he could get his appts back on track. Keep up the great job BVC team

We switched to this office after a number of frustrating visits at another (and very popular) office. From the moment I called to describe my pet's situation to the initial visit and a few follow up calls, every single person that we encountered was courteous, thoughtful and intelligent. I truly feel that our pets are in good hands with Broadway vet and am so grateful that we ended up here.
Broadway Veterinary Clinic is the best! Professional, efficient, friendly, caring, and always responsive to our needs. Dr. Sipes-Edelman has taken care of our beagles most recently and we couldn't ask for anything more. And, Dr. Benson does doggie chiropractic! Our 3 kitties are taken care of by staff at Broadway Vet and they make us feel like they are their favorite patients. Vagabond, Quinnlin, and TygiLouBear are spoiled and well taken care of! Staff are very interested in hearing from pet parents and really getting to know the quirks of our little ones. They will answer every question in a straightforward way and we never feel like they are rushing us out the door. We had an amazing experience at Broadway Veterinary Clinic! We took our Jack Russell and Papillion there for a check-up and they discovered arthritis and sensory issues in the Jack Russell that we didn't even recognize. Thank you so much for paying such attention to detail and checking our girls so thoroughly as to recognize Molly's aging issues. Now we know how to handle her new handicap. Thanks again, BVC!
I have been with Dr Benson since he opened his practice in Bangor and I have always felt like it was a nice place to take my little fur babies. He always seemed to put the animal first not the money. You knew he was going to give the best care possible. I have sent many people to him because he is an excellent vet. Things have changed so much that I no longer feel as though he cares about his client or he doesn't know what is going on. He is still a good vet but he is not there enough anymore. I bring my 1 year old German shepherd here and have been since he was a puppy. I liked the staff and how we were treated the first few times coming here. We recently came in for his annual shots and exam. I lugged 2 kids and my 100lb boy in luckily with the help of my husband who took a few hours off work to help. We came in got his shots and a very very lazy exam. I paid $89 for her to listen to his chest and try to talk me into getting him extra shots. My cat has been going to Broadway vet for about 5 years. My cat developed seizures and was put on meds phenobarbital. I've had to had blood work every year to keep getting his meds filled. He's an older cat and has never had a problem with the medication. Sometimes I've hat a hard time paying 24.00 paying for his meds. If he doesn't have them he has seizures. They are aweful and I cry.
