I thought that Dr. Thaney provided me with information I needed to make me aware of my condition and was sincere about solving my problem.
Jill cleaned my teeth. She was very thorough, and described what she saw in my mouth. At the same time she was pleasant . She explained that I need to return with my husband, Arden for the next visit: an explanation of my treatment plan. She suggested a date and time for that visit which we will be able to attend. Thank you. I received excellent care.

Very friendly My issue with your office is the fact that you do not take my dental insurance. I need several thousand dollars worth of work. Your office as of January 1st, 2016 expects me to pay up front my bill. In my view that is not an appropriate policy, I will not be able to have the work performed at your location. I go to a number of doctors and no one has ever asked me to pay when I have insurance other than a co-pay. I am on a fixed income and cannot pay up front.
