Dr. Bowdler did my procedure, replacing 2 crowns. I have been seeing him for several years now and he always has been efficient and friendly. I was in the chair for 2.5 hours which was a bit long and uncomfortable at times, but there was little pain involved. All in all, it was a relatively good experience.
Very professional and friendly. My daughter, Maya, is 5 and was in for a sealant for one tooth today. Our appointment was at 11:30 and by 11:50 we were back in the car! The hygienist who completed the work was incredibly friendly and so good with kids. She took the extra 2 minutes to show Maya what the process looked like and the importance, then did the sealant as fast as could be. High quality service I needed to get in ASAP on a tooth issue. I was able to get in the next AM. Everyone was very professional and helpful from the office girls to Mary, who cared for me....to Dr. Thaney who analysed the problem and suggested a quick solution. Thanks for your great care.
Long wait time I was scheduled for a 3:30 appointment and I wasn't seen until 4:00. The office didn't seem that busy and no one communicated to me that there would be a delay until a couple of minutes before I was called. I never waited this long at Dr. Bowdler's office.
I will be honest. It is a little difficult to adjust to this new office. It's much bigger and not quite as personal as it was with Dr. Bowdler. I was initially put off by the receptionist who could not spell my first name correctly. It seems the costs are also higher. I am adjusting. Dale and I have seriously considered changing dentists to someone closer to Hamlin. We will let you know. Dianne and Dale Hart
