Thank You Brody-Pennell Today I was scheduled for my free service and general maintenance. Juan was our technician. He was on time, friendly and even without asking he put slippers over his shoes to protect my wood floors (a very nice touch!). He changed my filters and even showed me connections in my AC/Heat Unit that I was not even familiar with. Efficient, courteous and quick I felt my experience with Brody Pernell was great. They were efficient, courteous and quick. They respected the activities going on inside our household and all remained fairly calm for the work that we needed done. All in all I would absolutely recommend BP for any A/C needs.
