Incredibly Helpful My husband and I used Brody Pennell to install new air-conditioning in the home we just bought.The salesman, Ken, was very knowledgeable, he didn't have to go back and ask someone else for answers to our questions like some of the other companies we interviewed. We were very pleased with the service they offered. They are super careful with your home (they actually do put on booties in the house and use tarps) and did our repair quickly and efficiently. Best of all, though, they actually show up--we were one of the last calls for the day and our designated repair person was running late. When the company called to tell me that, I thought "great, they'll want to reschedule." Nope--they dispatched another repair person who arrived promptly.
These guys diagnosed and fixed my heater when others couldn't. They are a bit expensive but very professional. They even put on boot covers before they come into your house!
