Such a nice place to have dinner after a day of tourism. The wait staff were delightful and the food delicious. I would go back again for sure.
Food was okay. Very overpriced for portion size. We had 2 sandwiches (skimpy on meat portion), an order of onion rings and 1 soda- bill was $90. I know it’s in a touristy part of NYC, but still felt like a rip off.
Always fun here! Giant breakfast keeps us sated till pre theater dinner!

The Perfect Plate at the Brooklyn Diner (especially 43rd/Times Sqr location) is just perfection! The service, the friendliness, the convenience, the comfortable dining experience and, most importantly, the absolute perfection of The Perfect Plate! Of course, like everything, it’s very expensive — hard to get out of there under $50/per person - but, we’re willing to keep coming back to the BrooklynDinerTSqr bc it’s the best bang for your buck!
The professional staff is welcoming, courteous, and just plain friendly. The food is delicious snd the desserts an absolute delight. Will definitely return in the future.
I am a New Yorker and I had never eaten at the Brooklyn Diner before. The burger, fries and chocolate cake that my daughter had were outstanding!! The staff could not have been nicer to all of us. We had two young women with us who use folding wheelchairs and the staff worked hard to get us in and out of the restaurant smoothly. One of the women was celebrating her birthday and the staff brought over a huge piece of cake with a sparkler candle and sang.
