RecommendedAfter about 30 years or so, the original motor started to go. Having trouble opening or closing using fob or key pad. Also started to make a chug, chug, sound when opening or closing. Called Broten Thursday afternoon. Came out early Friday morning. Work was completed in approx 1 1/2 hours. Price was as quoted. I give them 5 stars
