We would like to say a big thank you to the staff at Briwn Road Animal Clinic. We had to put our cat, Tyler (16) down. We went to our vet, the one we have been going to for about 14 yrs.. They refused to even examine Tyler. I m not going to say anymore about rhem. I am sure all of the animal lovers out there can understand how hard the situation was already, they made it worse. Our sweet Porche (adult Shihtzu) got very sick very fast and we were struggling to find a local vet to give her and us comfort. Brown Road managed to squeeze us in with no appointment, at the end of their day, with ABSOLUTE COMPASSION and not rushing us at all. 2 days later we received a sympathy card with a lock of her hair. So today THEY are who I called to make our new puppy appointment with, and I look forward to working with them till it is time for me to pass!!!

It was time for Kalei and Gracie to have their annual exam. Even during a pandemic when things are far from normal, this office runs beautifully. Kalei has some pretty major fear and anxiety issues and quite honestly we were a little concerned about sending her in for her exam while we waited in the truck. Once again, our concerns were completely unfounded. Dr. Adkins called me on my cell phone to let me know that the exam went well and that Kalei was "tolerating him quite nicely."
