Very excited to have Bru locally! We were seated promptly, good service for food and drinks. Food was good! Thank you!
Host desk continues to have issues in handling reservation. We were seated 10 minutes after our reservation time. Later, we made reservation for a party,of 8 for next week. When we asked about having a confirmation sent, they said they didn’t know how to do it. Finally, after dinner, we had reached enough points for a “rewards” card. No one acknowledged it and we had to stop at host desk to inquire about it. They verified our points and gave us the card. No “congrats” or acknowledgement as they do at other CRG restaurants.
