I typically really enjoy Cunningham restaurants, and the food itself at Bru Burger was good, but this visit was disappointing overall. For a $100 meal for four burgers, fries, drinks, and an appetizer, I expect the full experience to be excellent — not just the food. We ordered the $18 nachos as an appetizer, but they came out at the exact same time as our burgers and fries. While I’m glad you enjoyed the food, I sincerely apologize that the service and timing fell so short of the high standards you expect from us. You are entirely right—for a $100 meal, the full experience should be seamless. You should never have to specify that you want your appetizer before your entrees.
