Business response:
I'd like to personally apologize for your visit today. Unfortunately, it seems that we dropped the ball and we would like to apologize. If you could please email me at brucarmel@crgdining.com I'd love to see how I can make things better.
Overall the experience at BRU Burger was mediocre. The food was okay, the service was okay but slow, and the restaurant appeared to be 'neglected'. There was no excellence visible in any component: service, food, facility, attitude. I took a large group to Bru, based on great dining experiences at the Mass Ave location. I won't recommend this to others based on this experience. Sorry, but I feel an honest review will be a basis for improvements.
