Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

I reserved well in advance but we were seated at a high top in the bar. Not ideal. Food was excellent. Service very friendly. Waiter suggested we share the bbq nachos as an appetizer and they were great. Everything at Bru is “normal” food but executed in a deliciously different way.
Service was a bit slow, but it was St. Patrick's Day
I absolutely loved the atmosphere! The food was great, the service was top notch and parking was free and easy. My husband was celebrating his birthday so we had a group of friends meet us there. As soon as we arrived our table was ready and the server immediately acknowledged us. We now prefer the Carmel location over the downtown location because the crowd was a bit more reserved and there was more of a family atmosphere.
