This was our first time at a BRU burger! We were not disappointed! Food was delicious and I appreciated the non-meat options so that I could enjoy “a burger” as well! Service was great too! Stopped here prior to ice skating at the Chriskindlmarkt!

burgers were great and came out quickly. server was nice but didn’t seem very familiar with menu items when we had questions.
The food and service were spot on! Our waiter was fantastic. He didn't act like he hated his job. ;) We'll definitely be back.

had reservation for bar seating at 6. nothing was available. waited 20 minutes and then ask for any table. drinks took a long time to come. food was great.

We still had to wait about 30 minutes for our table even with the reservation. Food and service were great but there wasn’t ketchup or salt and pepper on the table and we had to wait after we got our food to ask for them and then wait to get them. I wished they were either in the table or the server ask after delivering food if we’d want it before walking away.

I don’t like that they pay the bill at the table on little handheld devices. It’s awkward when tipping, and your forced to use one of the percentages they allocate on the machine. Other than that, we had a great time.
Food and service was solid as usual. A bit loud in the bar. Service solid as usual.

There was a delay in getting our food to us, but the management apologized several times & gave us free appetizer. It was handled to our satisfaction & we will go back.
