Portabella sandwich had hardly any mushrooms. Returned to kitchen. Chef remade. No better. Mostly onions. Did not eat. Waitress stated she had other complaints about this sandwich and she told her manager. Offered free dessert. It was excellent.

Great food and service from Maddie. It was a bit noisy, with most of the noise coming from the kitchen; I wish they had a door on the kitchen so that we didn’t have to hear or see the goings on.
After dining at Bru Burger recently I don’t understand the hype about this restaurant. My burger was good, but it was not great. The onion rings tasted good and had good texture, but they were very greasy. Service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant has virtually no atmosphere. It is one big room which became louder and louder as more people arrived. Maybe Bru Burger is just not my kind of place. For me, it does not live up to the hype.
