Proudly occupying the space of the former Greyhound Depot, BRU Burger Bar Evansville is the fifth BRU location for Cunningham Restaurant Group. Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

We were in Evansville while our RV was being worked on. Read about this on Trip Advisor and had to check it out. The food was excellent ( my wife and I each ordered the Bru Burger and Onion Rings) the service was great and the restored Greyhound station was very cool. We recommend this to anyone when they are downtown.
I had the Baja burger. It was delicious. Cooked exactly how I ordered. Homemade ketchup was delicious for the fries. Decor & atmosphere unique. Will definitely eat there again.

Ambiance, awesome. Food, yummy. Service, meh. Decided to try this place tonight before the concert, like many others, and the place was packed with an hour long wait, but expected. I was excited to try their homemade ketchup so it was decided my husband would get onion rings with his order and I would get the fries. Ordered appetizer, food, and drinks right away so we could hurry things along and get to the concert on time. Appetizer showed up but no drinks. We asked our friends for recommendations before the Elton John concert and this was the most recommended. I was very nervous when we arrived because we had an hour wait. Once we were sat, we expressed to our waiter, Gil, that we were trying to make it to the concert on time. Gil served us, with a smile and promised us out on time for the concert! We are walking out the door now! Great job, great food!!
You always get very large servings but I still kept room for the cheesecake which was awesome. I sat at the bar the bartender was very friendly and attentive will be back very soon for sure
