We went right after the dinner rush so we were one of only 3 couples in the restaraunt. The waitress was great! The place was clean and had a few tvs for the sports boy kind of theme but not enough to overpower the feel of being a family style sit down burger joint.
What a pleasant surprise! We checked out Bru Burger for Cincy Burger week after also reading in a local Gluten Free group that they were very knowledgeable of allergies & avoiding cross contamination. They were really busy and short staffed but it was good overall. It was burger week.
We had great burgers, cold drinks, and a very nice server. We’ll be back!
Pleased with quick meal prior to theatre. Service was great and food arrived promptly. Outside patio was clean and tables are well spaced.
The food was good but the server was not as attentive as they could’ve been. But overall it was a good experience.

Was a great experience overall. When I go again I would skip the fries and do Onion rings instead. The burger I got was great but the fries weren't very warm and were kinda hard but I'm going to chop that up to me just not loving the style of them rather than any lowering of quality rating in my review. Tried a family members onion rings that came out at the same time and they were very large, hot and great taste Service was great even though they were really busy. Overall a great experience. Thanks!
The gluten free burger was great! The buns don't fall apart and the flavors were well matched. My friend's french fries were cold and his milkshake wasn't very good.
