Server asked us right sway if we were ready to order when we sat down. We literately just sat down and have never been here. Normal question is “have you dined with us before.” It felt super rushed and they weren’t busy. Felt more like ordering fast food than a sit down restaurant. Your restaurant is incredibly hot and uncomfortable. Your wait staff is walking around with personal fans. Is the AC out? I’d get it fixed and at least acknowledge it to your customers. The service was fine, but never asked how the meal was, and both of our salmon sandwiches were dry. We did not see a manager onsite.
Our waiter was not very good. He didn’t listen to my order. Forgot many items. He also was rushing us to order. Then he asked us while we were still eating if we we were ready for our bill.
BRU Burger was our Cincinnati Burger Week Choice. We didn't think much of the burger. The fries were very good. We both thought our Bloody Marys were oddly a bit sweet.
