It’s a classic, purely American, and an icon. The hamburger is the people’s sandwich, everyman’s food. Paired with a beer, we can't imagine what could be much better. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

Slammed on a Saturday night. Service was friendly, but not extremely attentive... likely due to a packed house. A few hiccups with the order, namely appetizers that never showed up. All in all, the food was very good and I will be back.
Great food! As a vegetarian my options are usually limited. I had the black bean burger and it was excellent! Great new place with friendly staff and dog friendly on the patio. We’ll definitely be back.
The parking situation was truly horrendous. Bad weather day, rain & wind. I walk with a cane. Not much on street parking. We had to park in a garage about 1/2 block away. There was one designated handicapped space but 4 charge your car stations. The restaurant, once we got there was wonderful. Our waitress, Adrianna was outstanding . Our friend parked in a different garage than we did. She couldn’t figure out how to get into the restaurant. She called me and I handed the phone to Adrianna. Great experience at BRU. Food was delicious and no noticeable hiccups from being new. We had the patty melt, Valencia salad with blackened shrimp, and the kids burger. The salad was the star but everything was great and prices reasonable compared to similar spots.
Appetizers to dessert... everything wonderful! Lots of choices!

We had a great time!! our server was wonderful, very attentive, and offered suggestions to us. the food was delicious!! I had the turkey burger and the fries were perfect!! Good beer selections too! will be going back!
