The food and iced tea were great. The water was undrinkable. I may be over softened. Thanks.
In general the burgers were very standard, but the fries were completely burnt for everyone. Since they charge extra for fries, we let them know they were too bitter to eat because they were so burnt. They said OK, left it as is and even kept it on the bill. Will not return. Prices are just too high for mediocre food and service.
Burgers cooked beyond well done. If I want a salad with my burger I’ll order it. Burgers piled high with cheap garden ingredients and sauce; making them almost impossible to eat. Everyone at our table removed 90% of the garden ingredients and still had to eat the sandwich with a knife and fork. Overly loud due to acoustics making it difficult to converse. If you enjoy a quality hamburger and enjoy conversation around your table don’t go here.
The service was better than last time we went. However, the onion rings were burnt. Last time, they were the best I had ever had. Burgers also a bit over cooked and not very juicy. We also had the wings, which again...seemed over cooked and dry. I hope this place makes it, as a it's a good place to go for Reds games.
We arrived for our reservation and seated promptly. Our server stoped to tell us twice that she was extremely busy and will be with us shortly. After quite a wait, we gave our drink and food order at the same time. Our pretzel was tasty and arrived quickly. Our burgers took 30 min to come out. The honey bbq burger was salty with no bbq sauce. The End burger was drenched in aioli. The onion rings were cold. We will not be returning.
Service was very nice. Bourbon burger was cooked perfectly but the bourbon sauce on it was absolutely horrible so I ate the meat only with a knife and fork. If we were not up against a time limit to get to another event I would have sent it back for another burger. Onion rings had nice flavor but had too much breading so we're not crispy.
Had a reservation for 730. Was seated right away. Waited 20 minutes. Never saw weight staff person. Never tried the food because I got up and left. Probably won’t go back.
Bru Burger had great service and attention to detail. Their burger wasn't what I had hoped for the price; just okay. My 3 teenage kids said the same about their meals. Probably won't plan to be back based on pricing of mediocre meals. Thanks for the attention to detail in service, though. Great waitress, kind staff.
Very limited wine selection, all domestic. Asked for house bourbon and diet and they used Woodford and charged $11 each. Food was good but sides all extra, not included. Server nice but needed to be educated on products that are served.
